Adversal Media provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Adversal Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other just causes. Clients may terminate agreements with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and access to delivered work is subject to final payment completion.
