Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within the following timeframes from the date of service delivery or purchase:

- •30 Days: For custom website development projects, comprehensive SEO campaigns, and video editing projects (evaluated case-by-case based on project scope)
Eligible Refund Situations
At Adversal Media, we believe in fair business practices. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Service Not Delivered: If Adversal Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon website, marketing campaign, hosting setup, or other digital service as specified in the project scope
- Significant Defects: If the delivered website, digital asset, or service has critical bugs, security vulnerabilities, or functionality issues that prevent normal business operations
- Service Not as Described: If the final deliverable differs significantly from the agreed-upon specifications, design mockups, or project requirements
- Double Payment: If your payment method was accidentally charged multiple times for the same service
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before Adversal Media commences any work on your behalf
- Hosting Downtime SLA Breach: For cloud hosting services, if uptime falls below the guaranteed 99.9% SLA (pro-rated credit applicable)
Non-Refundable Situations
To maintain fair business practices and respect the resources committed to your projects, refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind after service delivery or project completion, despite Adversal Media fulfilling all obligations
- Project Completed and Approved: Once a custom website, marketing campaign, video project, or digital asset is completed, delivered, and approved by the client
- Expired Timeframe: Refund requests made after the applicable refund period (14 days, 7 days, or 30 days) has expired
- Partial Service Usage: If you have utilized significant portions of the service, consumed deliverables, or benefited from completed work
- Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to external service providers including domain registrations, premium software licenses, stock media, ad spend, and external API services
- SEO and Marketing Results: SEO rankings, traffic growth, and marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors and cannot be guaranteed for refunds
Service-Specific Policies
Adversal Media offers tailored refund policies for each service category based on the nature of work and resources involved:
Website Development & Custom Web Applications
Full refund available if work has not commenced. For projects in progress, partial refunds are calculated based on completed deliverables and committed resources.
- • 0-25% completion: 75% refund of remaining balance
- • 25-50% completion: 50% refund of remaining balance
- • 50-75% completion: 25% refund of remaining balance
- • 75%+ completion: No refund (project near completion)
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Campaign setup fees are refundable before launch. Ad spend paid to platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is non-refundable as it is paid directly to advertising platforms.
- • Before campaign launch: Full refund of management fees
- • After campaign start: No refund (service is active and resources deployed)
- • Ad spend: Non-refundable (paid directly to ad platforms)
Cloud Hosting & Security Services
Pro-rated refunds available for unused subscription periods. Setup fees and domain registration costs are non-refundable.
- • Monthly plans: Pro-rated refund for unused months
- • Annual plans: Pro-rated refund minus setup fees and domain costs
- • SSL certificates: Non-refundable once issued
SEO Implementation & Optimization
SEO results require time and depend on search engine algorithms. Setup fees for keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits are non-refundable once completed.
- • Before work begins: Full refund
- • After audit and strategy delivery: No refund (intellectual property delivered)
- • Monthly retainers: Pro-rated refund for future months only
Video Editing & Production
Refund eligibility depends on the revision stage. Once final deliverables are provided in the specified formats, the service is considered complete.
- • Before editing begins: Full refund
- • First draft delivered: 50% refund
- • After revisions: No refund (editorial work completed)
How to Request a Refund
Adversal Media aims to process refund requests promptly and fairly. To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

- 2Provide your project ID, invoice number, service details, and a clear explanation for your refund request

Refund Processing Method
Adversal Media issues refunds using the original payment method whenever possible. If your original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution such as bank transfer or credit toward future services. Processing times vary by payment provider: credit card refunds typically appear within 7-14 business days, while bank transfers may take 5-10 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is denied and you believe this decision requires further review, you can escalate the matter to the Adversal Media management team by contacting legal@adversalmedia.com. We will conduct a thorough review of your case, examining all project documentation, communications, and deliverables, and provide a final decision within 5 business days. For disputes that remain unresolved through our internal process, you may contact your payment provider or card issuer to explore additional resolution options.
